Per un pugno di Meg
A scuola di Meg arriva un nuovo bullo , mentalmente instabile,tutti cercano di stargli alla larga in special modo Meg. Un giorno però,alla mensa , Meg rovescia accidentalmente il suo vassoio del pranzo proprio sopra il nuovo terribile bullo,che,decisamente infuriato la sfida ad una lotta. Meg prova in molti modi ad evitare la lotta ma inutilmente.Un giorno decide di pagare i ragazzi più forti dell'istituto per picchiare il nuovo bulletto ,ma, diversamente da quello che credeva e sperava Meg,sono stati loro ad essere picchiati.Meg disperata va a piangere nel bagno della scuola,nel quale incontra Glen Quagmire,il quale decide di insegnarle a lottare. Il giorno dell' incontro Meg è decisamente in difficolta ma riesce a sfruttare la sua 'bruttezza' per vincere la sfida. Intanto Peter si fa vedere nudo da Brian , quest'ultimo è molto infastidito da ciò, ma nonostante lo ripete più volte a Peter esso non la smette , anzi, inizia persino a farlo di proposito.Brian non regge più la situazione e decide ,sotto consiglio di Stewie, di radersi completamente il pelo. Peter cade nella trappola di Brian, il quale, completamente senza pelo, si mette di fronte a Peter, il quale è visibilmente turbato nel vederlo senza il pelo, perché si presenta con la pelle cadente e sei mammelle. Brian si avvicina molto a Peter il quale iniziando a piangere promette che non andrà più in giro nudo d'avanti a lui. Il pelo di Brian, però, non ricrescerà prima di tre mesi e così si trova costretto ad usare dei vestiti di Stewie.

As Meg's friends tell her about the new dangerous kid Mike, she sees him abuse Neil Goldman. Later, she accidentally runs into him at lunch and spills her tray on him, prompting him to challenge her to a fight the following Friday. She desperately tries to find a way out, even considering a transfer to another school and trying to get expelled. She tries to hire several jocks but Mike beats them up. Even her own friends refuse to stand by her. Crying over her pending doom, she hears Quagmire in the girl's restroom and he offers to help her beat Mike.
Quagmire reveals that his offer to help was motivated by a bully from his own youth. He gets her to focus her rage toward Peter as well as using her own body's weapons against Mike. At the fight, Mike beats Meg almost senseless but she refuses to give up, grossing him out by kissing him and popping a zit in his face. As he tries to deliver a knockout blow, she lifts her shirt and melts him by showing him her breasts. As she walks away with Quagmire, he reveals she would die the following year from septic shock from hot dogs.

When Peter starts undressing in front of Brian, Brian objects to his being naked but Peter refuses to change his ways. Lois gets in on the joke by leading Brian to think he'll get to see her naked but tricks him with Peter. Brian seeks out Stewie for advice and is told that he needs to fight back by going naked himself; by shaving off all of his fur. Brian tricks Peter into coming out to prank him and rubs his hairless body against him, freaking him out. Peter promises to quit with being naked as Lois and Chris also are freaked out. Unwilling to look at him, Stewie dresses Brian in his clothes, fooling Chris as he promises that it would continue the following week.
