Family Guy Season 22
Family Guy Episode 8
Following a long day of suffering, Meg attempts to wind down by baking some cookies, but after one more disappointment, she ends up unintentionally crying into the batter, which somehow makes the final product extra delicious and impresses Stewie, Chris and Brian. The four decide to start selling these cookies for a profit under the brand name, "Meg Ahoy!" The brand slowly takes off and is poised to skyrocket when Carter offers a $50,000 catering deal for an upcoming party, but things eventually go pear-shaped when Meg has trouble crying, a side-effect of how happy the success has made her. Upon seeing a therapist, Meg is told that she's only happy because of the quality time she got to spend with her siblings rather than the successful business venture, to which Brian, Stewie and Chris agree, promising to value her happiness over the money they make. Upon leaving, it is soon revealed that the therapist is really Mr. Fields, who gloats about successfully shutting down Meg Ahoy!

Meanwhile, after being sent home from work early, Peter sits down with Lois to watch her favorite daytime talk shows, but is bored by how woman-centric they all are. Despite Lois' skepticism, Peter is convinced that he, Joe, Quagmire and Cleveland can start their own daytime talk show for men. They manage to land a spot on Channel 5, and their new show, Bar Table Talk, proves to have some staying power despite Lois finding it dumb. She eventually gets fed up with how the show is hogging the attention of the other men in her life as well as some of Peter's comments on air, and together with Bonnie and Donna, she plots to knock the guys down a peg. However, upon joining the studio audience and seeing Peter and the guys run out of things to talk about, Lois calls off her plan after Peter admits to being wrong.
