Family Guy Episode 10
Following another drinking session at The Drunken Clam, Peter and the guys find an app-controlled scooter and go on an extended ride all the way down the East Coast. When reports of their disappearance reach Mayor Wild West, he sets out to find them. He finds them down in Florida and rescues them from an alligator, bringing them all home safely. Inspired by the mayor's heroism, Stewie contemplates becoming mayor someday, but is told by Brian that he should start with school politics. The opportunity arises when he sees Doug running for "snack captain" at their daycare, and is emboldened to run against him, having Brian and Chris compete to be his campaign manager. Doug right away lets him know that the election will get dirty, but Stewie is ready to take the gloves off too. Doug viciously attacks Stewie, whose counterattacks are constantly overshadowed by global events, and continues to surge in the polls even after defecating during the first debate.

Sneaky Stewie
Chris eventually leaves the campaign team to support Doug as well. Stewie and Brian attempt to find more dirt on him, finding out that he still uses a binky, but Doug counters this by telling the class that Stewie was an accident. Brian confirms that the attack makes sense, considering the math involved. Angered, Stewie attempts to make his parents fess up about him being unplanned, but all of his attempts fail. Having a change of heart, Chris shows Stewie his secret porn room, containing a secretly-recorded tape from the night he was conceived. Through this, Stewie learns that he was planned after all, and uses this evidence to destroy the scandal against him. In the end, Stewie becomes the class' snack captain due to how relatable the scandal made him out to be, combined with Doug dying in a commuter plane crash that morning, which left him unopposed.
