During her lunch period, Meg violently shoves her way past several other students for her preferred slice of pizza. This gets her noticed by Principal Shepherd, who offers her to join the girls' basketball team. Despite initially failing at the tryouts, Meg finds herself irritated by her father's mockery from the sidelines, channeling her anger into outperforming everyone else. When Quagmire points this out to her, she has Peter attend every one of her games, in which his insults allow her to dominate, but he ends up losing his voice and costs Meg her third game. Despite Dr. Hartmann's warnings to not speak for a week or risk being mute forever, Peter, following some provocation from Meg, belittles her at the championship and brings the team to victory, although ultimately there isn't much to show for it.
Meanwhile, Stewie is browsing YouTube and comes across a series of videos claiming to reveal shocking truths. When a video about the real purpose of nap time proves to be correct, he descends further into the wormhole. Brian tries to tell him that grown-ups only lie to their kids for their own good, but Stewie isn't buying it. He later discovers another one of Lois' lies and catches her having sex with Peter, causing him to pass out both physically and mentally. Upon regaining consciousness, Brian discovers that he now has multiple personalities. After struggling to get through to the real Stewie, he takes him to Bruce, who recommends letting the personalities settle their own differences. When this fails, Brian snaps and tells Stewie another white lie, insisting that he should listen to his parents, which calms him down, although elements of his alternate personalities still remain.
