Peter imagines himself as an international spy named Lap Band, who is on the run from Finnish agents. Upon escaping, he is tasked with retrieving a European nuclear device before it can be intercepted by the evil Blofella. He is tasked with stopping him in Belgium alongside agent Alice Boobs, but they're both too late. After escaping his henchmen with help from Captain America's shield, the two trace Blofella to Las Vegas after learning that he plans to blow the city up. Following a confusing chase and a brief distraction, Band finds Blofella on the roof with a captured Alice, plotting to blow up Vegas in order to get out of a bad timeshare deal. Band manages to save the day by whipping out Kylo Ren's lightsaber and pushing Blofella off the roof.
In the 1980s, Quagmire is an overweight bachelor who desires to get back in shape. Combining his two favorite hobbies of gyrating his pelvis and rearranging vowels, he invents aerobics, which quickly becomes popular with women. While promoting the activity on The Tonight Show, he meets Jane Fonda for the first time, who later sabotages him on set by stealing his leg warmers. Due to his cold, bare legs, Quagmire is unable to properly execute his workout routine and the resulting VHS tapes sell terribly. Fonda later arrives to gloat about her success, but Peter fast-forwards through the rest of the story at 8x speed, much to Quagmire's relief.
Cleveland envisions himself as a member of the LAPD, albeit one that's close to retirement and about to reap the good benefits package. For his last case, he is partnered up with Sergeant Maniac, the walking loose-cannon cop whom Joe envisions himself as. The two are tasked with stopping a cocaine cartel, but are unable to find any leads and are thus removed from the case. Nonetheless, Maniac receives a report of a drug bust by the docks and urges Cleveland to tag along. The two find that their boss is behind the drug deal and take him out alongside his henchmen. Cleveland is briefly held in court for his actions, but ultimately set free due to them being justified despite their illegality.
