In honor of Oscar season, Peter presents three tales of previous Oscar winners, starting with Silence of the Lambs.

As Clarice Starling prepares to join the FBI, she is put on the case for a serial killer. Meanwhile, the killer has kidnapped another victim and prepares to slaughter her. Consulting with another serial killer, Hannibal Lecter, his frustrations in trying to explain what she's looking for or leads him to give her the name outright. She arrives just in time to save the girl and shoot Buffalo Bill. She is accepted into the FBI, but Lecter, having escaped from prison, calls her as he eyes his next victim.

In a parody of American Beauty, the Burnham's get a new set of neighbors to go with their gay neighbors. Lester Burnham becomes infatuated with his daughter's cheerleader friend while also losing his job and discovering that his wife is having an affair. When his new neighbor, Frank, believes him to be gay after seeing what appears to be his son giving him oral sex, he makes an advance but is rejected. That evening, the cheerleader friend offers herself up for sex, but Lester is shot by Frank.

In Forrest Gump, he tells of meeting Jenny and playing college football. Afterwards, he is shipped off to Vietnam Nam where his new friend Bubba is killed and commanding officer is injured. Going into the squid fishing business with his Lt. Dan based on Bubba's dreams, he hooks up with Jenny but she doesn't want to marry him. After several years of running cross-country, he looks up Jenny and discovers that she's ill, but she introduces him to his son before she dies.
