The Griffins tell their own versions of three HBO shows: "Game of Thrones," "Succession" and "Big Little Lies."

When one of Peter's uncles passes away, they get to use his HBO MAX password until his credit card is canceled, so they decide to start with Game of Thrones.

Game of Thrones
When 'John Yellowsnow' (Peter) is unable to perform sexually, Lady Yellowsnow (Lois) dismisses it because he had just spent a week on the island of Mykonos. She receives a message via raven from her twin sister that the king has died, so John sets out to stake his claim to the throne. After a meeting with Joe the Broken who has a power of vision that he hasn't figured out how to use yet, but he joins Yellowsnow in his journey. Meanwhile, 'Prince Joffrey' (Stewie) finds himself the immediate heir following the deaths of his three brothers. John arrives to claim the throne, followed closely by Daenerys Targaryen (Donna), who warns that the White Walkers are on their way. John leads the army in battle, only to find himself the only major survivor. Taking the throne, he sets out to rule as Peter calls out HBO for removing the episodes featuring sex.

As Chris notes that he likes shows where white people argue about who's in charge, Peter sets up Succession.

Succession
Peter, the elderly founder of Peestream Industries, announces his pending retirement, and challenges his family to fight it out to replace him. The kids fail to impress him on his birthday, so he resets the announcement for the family retreat. He turns the contest into a musical duet competition, but retracts his offer yet again and decides to run the company with Big Bird because he's also on HBO. Just then, Gwendoline Christie from Game of Thrones arrives and apologizes for being late, prompting Peter to give her the company.

Lois complains about not being in the previous segment very much, and requests Big Little Lies. When Peter notes that it's a show about five women, Lois asks if it would be more interesting if it was about five men, which Peter finds to be an intriguing thought.

Big Little Lies
When a smelly pile of poop is discovered at the bottom of a school staircase, Wild West sets out to discover the culprit, but has issues because all of the men are dressed as Audrey Hepburn, and all of the women are dressed as Elvis. During interviews, it's revealed in flashback that a wealthy Peter made friends with a poor Chris, and introduces him to his other wealthy friends outside of school where their children attend. Principal Shepherd reports that Quagmire's daughter, Boise, had been bullied because Quagmire drives the cheapest Tesla, and she identifies Chris' son Jacksonville as the guilty party. He denies it, but Quagmire demands an apology and vows it isn't over when he is refused. Over coffee, Peter invites Chris and Jacksonville over to play with Stewie, but Quagmire confronts them there as well before leaving. The scene shifts to a school costume fundraiser, where Quagmire plans to demand Chris and his son leave town, when they smell the poop at the bottom of the stairs. Chris walks up holding his nose and is accused of the deed by Joe, but he denies it. As they demand he leave town, Peter walks up the staircase and claims it, noting that he can't poop at home due to his glass house that the toilet faces the ocean. When Principal Shepherd confronts the group, they all take the blame, but Peter provides extra details. As a result, a law is passed that all houses must have a least one bathroom that doesn't face the ocean, but Peter is shown facing the street instead.

As the show wraps up, Peter is happy to be back to regular Family Guy, but Lois is still annoyed at being stuck as the 'train guy' in the last segment. As Peter sings the praises of FOX, Chris points out that the three other shows have a combined 114 Emmys to their none.
